Dr. Guma was the Executive Director of the Ecumenical Service for Socio-Economic Transformation. He is also an Anglican priest. He holds a docorate in the area of Ethics. He studied and taught in the US. His experience includes work in development, religion and culture. He has extensive experience as a facilitator in resolving conflict.
